Lost luggage collection and forwarding
Travel is stressful enough without discovering your suitcase, bag or phone is still in a hotel room, airport, mall or restaurant in Hong Kong. This service is made exactly for that situation: you tell us what was left behind and where, and we take care of collection, safe packing and international shipping to your door.
We will:
- Pick up forgotten luggage, bags and personal items from hotels, airports, malls, offices and restaurants in Hong Kong
- Collect forgotten devices such as phones, tablets, laptops, cameras, e‑readers and chargers (where the location can release them to us)
- Check contents for visible damage and, if needed, add extra protection and repack for safe transport
- Ship your luggage or device to your home, next destination or office via trusted international couriers
- Keep you updated with photos, tracking numbers and contact via email/WhatsApp
How it works:
1. Contact us
Send us a message with:
- where the item is (hotel name, airport desk, shop or restaurant)
- what exactly was left (suitcase, backpack, phone, tablet, laptop, etc.)
- contact person there (front desk, lost & found, store staff)
- your name, phone, email and destination address
2. Confirm pick‑up
You (or the hotel/airport/shop) confirm in writing that we are authorised to collect your item. We agree on our service fee, estimated courier cost and preferred shipping speed.
3. Collection and repacking
Our courier goes to the location, collects your luggage or device, and brings it to our office. If needed, we:
- add protective packaging (bubble wrap, foam, padded box) especially for electronics
- reinforce the suitcase or box and add an outer carton
- remove any prohibited items that cannot be shipped by air (in consultation with you)
4. Shipping and tracking
We arrange international delivery with reliable couriers and send you:
- the final shipping quote for approval
- tracking number and link
- photos of the item and packed shipment for your records
